Looking all regional Administration issues.
Look after All female staff pick and Drop services, vehicle maintenance, make monthly fuel record.
Looking all Security related issues, CCTV camera Security Guards
Looking all South regions customers service center's Gentset' Maintenance
Look after all repair and Maintenance work of our Property of all regions
Look after all legal contract of our properties region wise.
Look after all Hotel Accommodation and Air Travel and event management
Supervise all BOQ’s and meeting with construction companies
Dealing with all government officers
Coordinating & liaising with Allianz Health Insurance for the Vehicle Insurance,
Correspondence and coordination with suppliers to ensure on time and correct delivery of material/services.
Managing and ensuring smooth & timely distribution of region wise monthly groceries, janitorial items, stationary, drinking water, printer and photocopier toners, electrical items and other office supplies.
Responsible for completion of assigned Administration projects in a given time frame.
Ensuring timely payments of utilities, processing of vendors/lessons dues and follow up for receiving of timely process of payments as per defined SOPs.
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP:
Accountable to the Admin Support Manager for all phases of activities, e.g. HR functions, Purchase, Sale, Payment, and Collection.
